Problems with multiple browsers that don't make sense to me are cropping up.
Since openSuse in evergreen mode is a factor in common, I wonder if the Linux
platform is the cause.

The following URL works properly in Firefox 44.0, Midori 0.5.8-2.4.9, and
QupZilla 1.6.6:
http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?lat=40.7142&lon=-74.0059 shows me a
weather forecase. But the same URL in Konqueror 4.14.8 by copy-and-paste gets
the following: "Access Denied"/"You don't have permission to access
'http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?' on this server."/"Reference
#18.6a5cea7.1455242522.bf88695", which is from
/tmp/kde-nick/konquerornt2391.html (I have a Linux account named "nick"). I've
had at least one cold boot in between multiple occurrences of this problem.
Konqueror works for other URLs. When I tried weather.gov in Konqueror, it tries
http://www.weather.gov/ and gets "Access Denied"/"You don't have permission to
access 'http://www.weather.gov/' on this server."/"Reference
#18.fa5cea7.1455243129.7397e2d" from /tmp/kde-nick/konquerorrw2391.html (I
don't know why the error-message filename differs between "nt" and "rw",
respectively).

The nongovernmental website at weather.com used to work well on Firefox, but
recently no longer does. I emailed weather.com and they thanked me but the
problem persists. The home page below the top is now just gray boxes and the
field where I should type the city for which I want a weather forecast no
longer accepts an entry. However, it worked in Chromium until recently, but now
Chromium no longer opens on openSuse (see bug 966600).
