Comment # 4 on bug 965516 from Krasimir Ivanov

Unfortunately this bug is still present in all versions after 42.1 including
OpenSUSE Leap 42.3.

The problems may be created by some troubles with Unicode.

I have tested this and found that if in the path to the file to be open exists
some folder name in Cyrillic like "����������" (it means "books").
So all chm documents in this folder can not be opened using this path.
If I navigate to the same folder from the kchmviewer and then try to open from
there same chm file it opens very well and can be used as expected.

I would like to suggest you kindly to move this claim report to OpenSUSE Leap
42.3 and make it stay there until some one or some how this problem will be
fixed.
