Comment # 3 on bug 1108163 from Karl Cheng

Could this be something to do with DNS? This seems to occur in Firefox
occasionally for me (e.g. after suspend/resume). Loading a page using IP
address seems to work (e.g. 171.67.215.200) but not using a domain name.
