Replacing vpnc by openconnect (and the corresponding NM packages) works for me,
because I switched from IPSec to SSL VPN (the server setup allows both
protocols). However, it is unclear to me what happens to those users who have
to rely on IPSec VPN. There is an ongoing discussion in the openSUSE factory
