Comment # 8 on bug 1225809 from Roman

For those of you stuck without steam because because of the missing
glibc-locale-base-32bit dependency, you can try side-loading the package from
here https://software.opensuse.org/package/glibc-locale-base-32bit?locale=en. I
already have an older version of glibc-locale-base-32bit installed, so I
haven't tried it myself. Also, has anyone tried using Steam without
glibc-locale-base-32bit? Are there any bugs/does everything work as expected?
I'm personally just staying on an older version for now.
