Just to avoid a misunderstanding here: the files should not be necessary at all
since KDE Frameworks 5.16.0 (available as update for Leap).
They should be integrated in the corresponding library.

But apparently something is not working as intended here. I'll have a look
whether it's a packaging bug on our side or an upstream issue.
