I tried Leap 5.3.18-lp152.66-default and still get the following messages on
suspend to RAM:

Mar 13 09:46:17 Leap kernel: Non-boot CPUs are not disabled
Mar 13 09:46:17 Leap kernel: amdgpu 0000:08:00.0: [drm:amdgpu_ib_ring_tests
[amdgpu]] *ERROR* IB test failed on gfx (-22).
Mar 13 09:46:17 Leap kernel: [drm:process_one_work] *ERROR* ib ring test failed
(-22).

So I am wondering what your exact kernel version is.
