Also, please check whether the recent upstream kernel works better or not. Download kernel-default.rpm from http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Kernel:/stable:/Backport/standard/ and install it on your Leap 15.3 system, boot with it and test. Note that this kernel is an unofficial build, and it won't boot with Secure Boot.
