Comment # 8 on bug 846909 from Wolfgang Bauer

The current Tumbleweed issues are being tracked in bug#1003324, and it seems
they have been "solved" for now by reverting the timezone update.

I think we can/should close this old bug report though, it has been filed
against 13.1 (beta) which is no longer supported and I don't remember seeing
anything like this in the final release anyway.
