A Chrome Remote Desktop package can be generated from the Chromium sources. Fedora's Chromium package does that and it would be cool in openSUSE's could do that, too. With the exception of a systemd service unit file <https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/chromium/blob/master/f/chrome-remote-desktop%40.service> all "magic" to support this is done within their spec file <https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/chromium/blob/master/f/chromium.spec>
