While working with neovim and nvr (called from okular) I have noticed that these two cannot communicate in a certain scenario. So the inverse search between nvim and okular (via nvr) works well if: you open an instance of a terminal (e.g., konsole) and then call nvim and open a file. It does not work if you right click on a file and then you pick open with Neovim. So I guess something is not well handled via the desktop file of Neovim or a bug in Plasma.
