I am the maintainer of said package and I naturally have the package installed on my Tumbleweed system as well which is why I also immediately noticed the issue. However, upstream has not addressed the issue yet, even the latest version 1.27.2 still has the version constraint [1]. So, please be a bit patient until upstream has addressed this issue and we can incorporate the fix. We could, of course, just ignore the upstream requirements and override it. However, I'm not 100% sure the package will continue to work correctly.
