No, it has nothing to do with that particular bugreport. The main issue is that
Google dropped support for 32bit builds of NaCL. Chromium itself does not have
the sources to build the Native Client itself, but just download binary blobs.
The binary blobs are not open source and therefore shipping the Native Client
with Chromium has been stopped. This is also what all other distributions are
doing.  

So if you really need the Native Client, then I would advice strongly to use
the setup that you are having now and use Chrome for this.
