As far as I can tell, the problem is that "chromium-ffmpeg" from packman was
not updated to keep it in synch with chromium.  Try installing
"chromium-ffmpegsumo" instead.  That works for me.

It looks as if whoever was maintaining chromium packman components has stopped
keeping them up to date.
