Comment # 12 on bug 906936 from Alex Minton

Sorry to reopen this again, Karl, but the problem from #c1 is still not
resolved. All the *.rtf files contain the same text in English, only hyperlink
IDs are different. So the YaST Release Notes module displays only English
version of notes independently of language selected.
