We now have mysql-connector-java version 8.0.30 in openSUSE:Factory. Please,
note that we need to build every single package from sources and we cannot
include pre-compiled software in our packages.

I'm closing the bug since Leap 15.0 is out of scope. Please, reopen if required
with a description of the problem, a reproducer and package/distro version
details.
