Hardware set-up:
Samsung colour printer CLP-365 SEE (quite mainstream)
Hardware is a standard PC with older 939Vista dual motherboard by Ashrock.
Bug: as the printer is recent (about one year old) the printer driver is
currently not in the open printer driver base. Therefore for normal service (as
it worked well in 13.1) you need to install the ULD (universal Linux printer
driver) by Samsung. In my case it is the most recent ULD_V1.00.27.04. After the
install that it straightforward from the command line, the printer is
recognized if connected to the system by usb. The driver selected is CLP-360
series ppd driver. Then when you try to print with 13.2 - 32 bit is already
there: no page is printed. I you accept the printer driver anyway the new
printer is set up. You can print, but the printout is black and white only. The
same driver worked well in 13.1. So it seems that something in the cups
handling or in the directory setting is different in a clean install of 13.2
when setting up a local printer.

Link to the driver you have it here:

What the software (cups) have done instead: print the test page correctly or at
least b/w as the other programs do and print in colour.
