Comment # 2 on bug 461234 from Leon Meier

Fails for me again, for dictd version 1.12.1-1.2 on leap 42.2.
Reinstalling dictd does not help.

Here is what is going on:

Obviously, even if /var/log/dictd does not exist, dictd should not segfault on
that or segfault for some other reason.
