After the latest Tumbleweed updates, video plays in a choppy way. I tried VLC, MPV, KAFFEINE, and the result is the same. Playing YouTube videos in HD also shows the same "stutters". Up to a week ago, I had absolutely no problems playing any videos. The problem appears even with small sized (i.e., not fullHD) videos.
