No, the flatpak version seems unaffected by this.

I normally use 150% scaling and as I wrote before, it works up until 100% if
you go above that the cursor is way off, even on integer scaling, meaning 200%
etc.

I'm still getting the same warning in terminal, but it's slightly different (at
100% scaling)
