This is expected. yast online updates == zypper patch. The patch type update is
different different from simply newer package. zypper up is used for that.
Likewise that naturally pulls in at least the same packages as zypper patch
--with-option. Non-(leap)distribution repositories not covered by maintenance
updates are only covered by up/dup. This is my design.
