I would like to point information out like the following. :~> rpm -qi gradle Source RPM : gradle-4.4.1-14.2.src.rpm Build Date : Mi 15 Jun 2022 10:29:04 CEST See also: https://build.opensuse.org/package/revisions/openSUSE:Factory/gradle How do you think about to compare the provided (and supported) software functionality any more? https://docs.gradle.org/current/release-notes.html A compatibility matrix indicates constraints for the desired collaboration of corresponding software components. https://docs.gradle.org/current/userguide/compatibility.html#java Will the chances grow so that more recent (or even current) software versions (like 7.5.1) can be applied for such a build automation tool? Which development possibilities should be reconsidered for reducing the version gap considerably?
