Comment # 1 on bug 1002361 from Mike Garcia

I'm testing this from Tumbleweed.  The first time I tried, I got the same
delay.

However, after trying a couple things, the ews setup worked on Tumbleweed.
- rebooted, cleared out .config/evolution, .local/share/evolution
- opened firefox and chrome to https://myhost.miamidade.gov/EWS/Exchange.asmx
- after prompted to login, browser displays XML Services.wsdl
- now 'Fetch URL' worked fine and the ews setup continues successfully.

I'm planning to test this workaround on the beta.
