Well the problem was that it was duplicated in SP2 and non-existent in SP3.
Hence now I linked them all from the openSUSE:Backports:SLE-12 project and
there is no longer a duplication.

BUT rpmlint-backports & rpmlint-mini packages are still duplicated, which will
take some work to link because the package is modified in SP2 and is not in
sync.
