PDF versions look good for Russian and Ukranian (well, they display non-latin characters just fine), but the bug stays true for txt versions that look totally broken. Also all rtf files of last update for release notes all contain an English text (inside plain html!), so the YaST module can display only English variant independently of language chosen.
