Comment # 23 on bug 1148500 from Jiri Srain

This bug was reported against TumbleWeed, the other one which actually
triggered bind-mounting /run against SLES15-SP1.

There was no indication that it would also be relevant in SLE12 (which contains
different versions of most of base system), therefore no fixes in the YaST area
went into SLE12-SP5 (or any other SP).
