Video Showing the Issue
Created a video with newly released Gnome 41.
First, three finger swipe upwards having mouse pointer in the "green"; notice
that before displaying the apps overview, there is a kind of intermediate
"zoom" of the desktop. Did this twice.
Then, I moved the mouse cursor a bit to the left to have it out of the green
desktop in preview. Notice that now we will directly land in apps overview.
