Comment # 8 on bug 1196685 from Dave Plater

Let me try to make audacity build for against libavformat58_76-4.4 but
openSUSE's ffmpeg is pretty useless, mp3 is already provided by mp3lame and
mad. What else is provided by openSUSE's restricted ffmpeg?
Saying this it's incorrect to require something from an optional third party
repository. The pre update audacity required ffmpeg, this resulted in the
reporter filing Bug 1195650, requiring ffmpeg-3 appeared to be the solution
both for myself and the reporter.
I will recommend ffmpeg-3 instead. Audacity is quite happy without ffmpeg.
Sorry I got so confused.
