Comment # 15 on bug 899755 from Jonathan Kang

Hi all

I just take over PackageKit. Since I'm still new to PK, I'm not quite clear
what should be improved at PK side. There are lots of information to me in this
bug. So can someone point it out what should be done at PK side?
