When I view Completed Print Jobs, either in the KDE print queue gui, or using the CUPS web admin in a browser, the full job info is missing. In the KDE gui, the columns "Created", "Completed" and "Processed" are all entirely blank, and "Pages" shows zeros for most entries, apart from a few. In the CUPS web admin, the columns "Name", "User", and "Pages" are either marked Unknown or Withheld.
