Comment # 2 on bug 1123534 from Thorsten Kukuk

Ok, http://download.opensuse.org/tumbleweed/repo/oss/ contains two control.xml,
one in the new location boot/x86_64/, one in /, which overrides the correct
control.xml.

Could we please stop putting a control.xml in the root directory and only in
the installer directory?
Or at least prefer the one of the correct, new location over the legacy
location?
