What do you mean exactly? The open driver packages for 550.107.02 and 550.120
have not been released yet, but the old userspace packages are still available
on https://download.nvidia.com/opensuse/tumbleweed/ - up to 550.107.02 -
including 550.100. Maybe you've installed a weird mixture of kernel and
userspace packages.
