Just for completeness:

In the YaST software selector / patch selector, all the lists have a context
menu that contains "All in this list" with options like "install", "update if
newer version is available", "Update unconditionally". But unfortunately, since
those patch categories all appear in the same list, that won't help you here:
Those options always apply to the complete list, no matter if part of the list
is collapsed or expanded.

The view can be switched between "Needed Patches", "Unneeded Patches" and "All"
which would reduce or extend the list to those categories, but there is nothing
to only display security vs. recommended vs. other patches.
