It'll be great if you can provide some detailed NetworkManager logs. To do so,
add the following to /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf:

> [logging]
> level=debug

and restart NetworkManager or the system. reproduce this issue and attach the
output of "journalctl -b" here.
