It's hard to tell what went wrong on 6.7.x, but it could be a problem specific to the version. Please try to uninstall kernel-default-6.7.* once, and try rather 6.8-rc kernel from OBS Kernel:HEAD:Backport repo, instead: http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Kernel:/HEAD:/Backport/standard/
