Sorry about the nonsense I said. Tumbleweed has util-linux-systemd too and:
$ rpm -q --requires util-linux-systemd | grep which
which
So Jan is right Matej. Once that request lands on Tumbleweed, you should be
free of this issue (I'm still wondering why I didn't stumbled upon it).
