Comment # 1 on bug 1047037 from Ginko Bonsai

It still happens on a fresh install of 42.3 with latest patches applied and I
can't find a way to automate the steps outlined in the original issue. I have
to manually log in as root on every bootup and execute them, which is pretty
annoying.
