Sorry for my long waiting answer.
Delete of /usr/lib/udev/rules.d/61-msft.rules brought no solution.

So i test the new kernel 3.12.57-44.2
But also without luck.

I stops with:
Timed out waiting for device
dev-disk-by\x2did-scsi\x2dSAdaptec_Volume1_8521D32A\x2dpart1.device
I use lvm with separate boot partitions.

With kernel 3.11.10-34.2 it boots ok.

So i have a new screenshot and boot.log attached.
