Package python-neovim for some reason depends on all versions of python-msgpack
and python-greenlet. E.g. python311-neovim [1] depends on:

python310-greenlet
python310-msgpack
python311-greenlet
python311-msgpack
python312-greenlet
python312-msgpack
python39-greenlet
python39-msgpack

NeoVim recommends python3-neovim, which leads to installing of all versions of
python3.
