Comment # 10 on bug 1045700 from Tomas Kuchta

To be explicit and direct about the tracked-extract process - I have nothing to
do with it. It comes with openSuSE out of the box.

To verify my statement - just install 42.3, login to KDE and you will see it
running on your system too.
