We have added patches for openSUSE 11.0 so that you should be able to build reiserfs4 as module yourself - and you are welcome to start a project in our openSUSE Build Service that contains such a module and the reiserfs4 tools so that people can experiment with it.
Right now, we're not taking it into our distribution.
