I guess this could be emulated with qemu easily. Feel free to use openQA itself, e.g. using the approach as described on http://open.qa/docs/#_triggering_tests_based_on_an_any_remote_git_refspec_or_open_github_pull_request you could adapt some test to do this in a scratch git branch.
