After all i boot from DVD, chosen repair and stop the mdadm. i could not unmout or remove /dev/md126, or zero metadata. Shutdown, unplug the second hdd and the system start without the second disk and without complain for degraded RAID. So i think the first problem solved, the second is to restore my win data. Just for the record the problem happened after a recent update!!
