Hi, I have tested latest openSUSE Leap 15.2[1] on my 
Raspberry Pi 2 Model B Rev 1.2, and I don't see this 
wickedd high CPU load.

Could you, please, post content of your /etc/sysconfig/network/ifcfg-eth0
