Comment # 16 on bug 1065464 from Michal Srb

The above mentioned changes finally bubbled to Tumbleweed and I was able to
test them. The issue is fixed on my machine. Pocl, Beignet and other clang
users now link to libclang and libLLVM libraries dynamically, so only one
instance is loaded and the options are registered only once.

Closing the bug as fixed.
