Sorry, this bug was not picked up because the maintenance bug component is not
monitored sufficiently.

The issue is probably the openSUSE-release-ftp package is a recommended one,
and one not installed by default from the optical media but always available on
the ftp tree.

openSUSE Leap 15.2 is EOL at this time. Reopen bug when required.
