Both Michel's upstream PRs have now been merged into master/kraken. However, we
are not yet ready to enable ppc64(le) in the jewel build that is currently in
Factory.

The jewel release incorporates a version of rocksdb that does not contain this
commit:

Right now, the only fix I see for that is to upgrade openSUSE:Factory/ceph to
the development codestream ("kraken"), which includes this commit. This will
happen soon.

Leap will stay on jewel for the time being. If someone can convince upstream to
cherry-pick 7ca731b12ce69596d7b9fec4a72d44ca8a3913c3 into jewel, the build
could be fixed there, too.
