the latest cracklib update from SLE[1] has changed "%if ! 0%{?is_opensuse}" to "%if 0%{?sle_version}" however Leap do have sle_version set, eg. Leap 15.2 had the same sle_version 150200 like SLE15 SP2 did, thus this change has BuildRequires: translation-update-upstream, that is a problem to do so, because with it we need to add translation-update-upstream to ring0 together with cracklib, translation-update-upstream is way too heavy for ring0, and a long new build cycle will be added also, it's fine with SLE but it's not ok for openSUSE, that is the reason conditional of translation-update-upstream is "%if ! 0%{?is_opensuse}". I understood the goal is killing is_opensuse macro, but we need to find another way solution. [1] https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/810289
