Does the normal boot options also have crashkernel option, too? Just to be sure. If crashkernrel is set but not recorded, and you have no other way to access the machine at crash, and there is no log recorded mentioning the crash... No way to analyze more, unfortunately. If so, I'd suggest to do hardware tests and a clean installation from the scratch.
