Could you check the 6.11-rc kernel in OBS Kernel:HEAD repo
  http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Kernel:/HEAD/standard/
and check whether the problem persists?

Also, please upload the dmesg output and hwinfo output from the working 6.9.x
kernel.  (If possible, get from 6.10.x, too.)
